  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

5. Property Listings

Developers using our platform must ensure that all property listings are:

  • Accurate and truthful in all material respects
  • Legally available for sale or investment
  • Compliant with local real estate laws and regulations
  • Supported by proper documentation and permits
  • Updated regularly to reflect current status and pricing

6. Verification Process

PropBridge implements verification procedures for developers and high-value investors. Verification does not guarantee the success of any investment or transaction. Users acknowledge that all investments carry inherent risks.

7. Fees and Payment

PropBridge operates on performance-based pricing models including Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Lead (CPL). Specific pricing terms are outlined in separate service agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content Enhancement: Even English content may be enhanced for grammar, real estate terminology standardization, and SEO optimization
  • Original Content Preservation: Your original content is always preserved and accessible in the admin panel
  • Professional Standards: Published content will meet international real estate marketing standards and terminology
  • SEO Optimization: Titles and descriptions are optimized for search engine visibility and international audience appeal
  • Quality Assurance: AI processing ensures consistent, professional presentation across all listings
  • Manual Override: Property professionals may request manual content modifications through our admin support

You expressly consent to this automatic AI processing of your content and understand that the published version may differ from your original submission while maintaining factual accuracy and your intended meaning.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of property information or investment returns
  • All property investments carry risk of loss
  • Users should conduct independent due diligence
  • We are not responsible for disputes between users

12. Limitation of Liability

PropBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
